Our car got towed even though we were paying guests, we got roomed next to two crack heads (one of them was a woman who decided that around 10:45/11am on 3/3/24 that she wanted to do a drug deal right off to the right of the front entrance to a black crossover/SUV right next to my step daughter (8years old) and I.) while they were high out of their mind, they kept my boyfriend/his daughter/myself up until about 2am Friday and Saturday night. Sunday morning they were obnoxious and I had to call the front desk who did nothing because they were making ridiculous noise right after the phone call. Honestly wish I could get a refund, I’ve never had this issue at even the scummiest hotels. I don’t take lightly to being subjected to addicts keeping others awake because they can’t control themselves and the staff can’t do their job.

Very disappointed with the room. Broken shower, fridge was not working too. Room was not swept clean. Towels was too small could not fit around my body. There was 2 of us in the room but only gave us 1 wash rag. When I ask at the counter about the wash rags I was told that they have no more to give me. I feel as tho I should get some kind of refund back to my card. AC and heater base board was not staying close. As soon as you try to close it, it would pop open again. I was totally disappointed with the hotel. Feel free to reach out to me at 201 667 5371.

The little white Jewish looking guy discriminated against me and insulting me and called me homeless
Negatives:
Did not like being called homeless and police called for nothing just cuz I was trying to check in early and waiting patiently in the lobby the guy chose to harass me and I will be suing ASAP.
