The hotel staff told me when I was checking in at 10pm that my room wasnt ready and that I would need a different roomif I wanted to look elsewhere I could, but I would need to pay for something I didnt agree to. Horrible check in experience for my kid and me.

Positives:
Clean, quiet rooms, good breakfast, quick 2 block walk to metro. Perfect for our family of 5 (2 queen beds and a pull out couch,small kitchen & plenty of space. shower/toilet separate from the sink/counter which were also separated from living space
Negatives:
Parking garage entry/exit was REALLY TIGHT for a large SUV (Tahoe)

Positives:
Loved the location; we could walk everywhere or ride the Metro. The staff were very helpful and kind (with the exception of the lady who checked us out -terrible mood). Felt like we and our vehicle were very safe and secure.
Negatives:
We should have been warned wed hear trains through the night; with no way to run the fan constantly we kept waking up. There should be a white noise machine or something. The bed was a rock; literally the hardest mattress weve ever slept on, which did not let us sleep well.
