I paid what I believed to be a high price considering I'm a bonvoy member and the rooms were bad. The space was good but the smell, and cleanliness was not so much. The chairs had stains and room in total was outdated and worn. The outside was falling apart, the stairs shaky and squeaky, seemed very unstable and dangerous. For it to be a Marriott branded hotel, it was disappointing at best!

At the front desk Rolanda customer service was GREAT! She made me feel right at home any questions I asked she knew all the answers and was not irritated in me asking them. Great employee with a beautiful Smile!

area was questionable. staff did not program keys correctly. hotel is set up like an apartment complex with 4 units in many two story buildings. had to drive back to have keys reprogrammed. Many long term residents/families-door locks broken
