We stayed this hotel for business, hotel office open 9am-10 pm. same hour like my business.We cant get soap /toilet paper. To get clean towel have to pay $1.75, no coffee, no breakfast and room clean every 15 days. Internet $2.99/hr or $7.99/d. Horrible

I've stayed at other Ex Stay before, but this was the worst. No breakfast, not even coffee. One bar of soap. Card key frequently did not work. An awful SMELL hit me as soon as I walked in the door. I will now spend the money to stay at a real hotel.

This place needs a complete overhaul it is disgusting!!! The stairwell and breezeway are so nasty there is food stains,cigarettes butts all over the place not to mention the kids that are running around playing in the parking lot. Rooms need a upgrade

The room did not look are smell fresh there was roaches crawling and the air conditioner was not working so there was no heat no towels or wash clothes in the room it is a low budget hotel that wants to be a 5 star its more like a homeless shelter

I asked for a non smoking room. I am pregnant and my scrubs smelt like stale smoke the next day at work.

Cool light water pressure shower. Surprise $100 deposit imposed at check in. Non smoking room smelled like smoke. Carpet in room felt sticky.

Noisy, people outside their rooms talking. Facility was dirty and dumpy. No ice machine on premises, no trash can in the room, No hand towels in the room. Ironing board, but no iron. No coffee maker in the room. Room reeked of marijuana. As a solo traveler, I felt EXTREMELY unsafe. Misrepresented on Booking.com as a smoking room, but it was not. It was sooooo bad I left at 11:00 PM to move to another MUCH CLEANER AND NICER hotel. I have traveled extensively both for business and pleasure in the US and Europe, this is the absolute worst place ever.
