Positives:
I really would like a full refund for this. Check-in was at 3:00 but the room wasnt ready until 3:20. I asked for water but they didnt have and wouldn't give me a cup. I asked for a vending machine and when I went, it was broken. When I did get my room

the AC was broken. I got a new room. The lady at the front desk was on a personal phone call and bothered I was there. She barely talked to me because her ongoing personal call was more important. The last room I was in was dirty, I left at 9:00 PM.

The hotel was difficult to locate as there was no name on the building.
The front desk person could not communicate in English.
The surroundings were filthy from the entrance , all along the stairs and corridor.
There were no elevators to move luggage between floors.

Poorly kept surroundings and lacks...
Positives:
The breakfast was a granola bar or a muffin.
Negatives:
People smoking weed everywhere, people hanging out in parking lot, on balconies… I thought I would get mugged before getting to room. Had four gun shots within 20 min of getting in room right out side. Our flight was cancelled so I booked this because it says “Airport” but it’s about 25 miles away!

There is no facilties nit even a cup to gave a coffee... the floors were dirty. Dropped a coat on the floor and it was so dirty had to get it dry cleaned

This is a motel & all doors open to the parking lot The motel is near the airport so the sounds of planes and cars is VERY loud. The room was dingy with mold on the shower ceiling, Lightsbulbs burnt out & no plates, cups, etc in the kichen. Dont stay here
