Room was spotless. Bed was hard...very comfortable nights sleep. Plenty of space in the room.
Negatives:
Breakfast was lousy . Eggs and sausage were salty as could be. I could not eat them. Yogurt machine was a bad idea. I like prepackaged branded yogurt. No bagels.....bummer!!

Stay here twice a year for big state shuffleboard tournaments held at ‘Hawthorne’ (nearby). Very, very nice place and location
Positives:
Although I don't eat pancakes or waffles, I'm like having a choice. The servers kept the food replenished so there was nothing stale. I like that its right behind Ramshackles. So if you wanna have a drink, you can without Uber/Lyft. You can just walk back to your room. The location's great, as it goes through the heart of Leesburg and central Florida.
Negatives:
I put the sign on the door, so I wasn't disturbed by housekeeping. But, if you don't put the sign on the door, you will hear the knocking. I know that's hard to fix but...

It was good my only recommendation wil be to put a can with sand for people to have an extra alternative to put their cigarettes as some people are just lazy and through the cigarettes in the ground.

This is a beautiful hotel with the worst mattresses I have ever encountered including the crunchy covers on them. The hallways were covered in used bed linens and yes you have to walk on the carpet to get in and out of your room. Hopefully there won't be a fire at checkout time because the hallways are obstructed.
