Although the hotel is smoke free the room smelled like cigarette, the carpets were dirty, the bathroom was dirty, the AC didnt work, the night staff Maria was rude. You had to ask for everything at the fromt desk like plates and dishes although its advertized to be a well equipped room. They only give 3 towels although there were 5 guest which were preciously booked. The laundry room people put their clothing in my dryer. The place felt unsafe. The hallways were SUPER dirty and the breakfast was horrible
