Positives: Most staff were awesome! We loved the art and the other decorations. Breakfast was ok, the billing was a little confusing. The hotel was very clean and organized well.

Negatives: We didn't like that we had a do not disturb sign on the door and still got disturbed. It would have been nice to be told ahead of time that maintenance would come in to check the Internet. The air conditioner was to loud.

Negatives: No business center. No restaurant only limited food service in the bar. Hotel seemed old. Beds were really low to the ground. Requested accessible room and the tub still had very high walls to step into. Very challenging. No gift shop for variety of snacks. No pool.
