Homeless people in parking lot at all hours.

Not much of anything. No toilet paper in the room, had to go down to the lobby and ask for it. Light cover in bathroom was broken. Tub looked like it had cigarette burns everywhere and so did the bedspreads. See comments below.

Almost everything. The tub would not drain when using the shower. The refrigerator constantly made a high pitched squeal and had to be unplugged. The heater blew cool air even though the thermostat was set at nearly 90 degrees.

Rooms were nasty. Website lied about hot breakfast. Only muffins and burnt coffee. Staff was rude. Was told not to clean room until we checked out but cleaned 2nd morning. Money was stolen and belongings gone thru.

Overall, what I liked best about the hotel was the location, accessibility to the room, and the size of the room compared to the price that was paid was nice. I would stay here again.

I didn't like anything. It wasn't that clean. It smelled funny. Looked old, but the location was by a lot of restaurants and stores.
Negatives:
No one being there to check me in. I arrived to the location around 9 PM. I had somewhere to be at 10. No one was at the front desk or ever came. I had to end up calling customer service who tried contacting someone there. No one ever came. Had to end up going across the street to the Holiday Inn.

The gentleman at the registration desk was rude, he took forever to register us and never greeted us or said thank you or I'm sorry. The room was dated and smelled like wet dog. The location was right next to a very loud nightclub or restaurant or something that had loud music and people outside talking loud. It was just a nightmare. Never again. We were able to get out with our refund. We did not stay longer than 10 minutes.
