Positives:
Hotel very clean and the daily breakfast was great. Hotel is very old and TV didnt work, microwave couldnt work as power supply would short out. Great location and staff was very pleasant.

Room was dirty, bathroom was not clean - old soap and hair. This is definitely not a 3.5 star hotel.

Room was clean and didnt smell like smoke. Hallways smelled like cigarette smoke. Bed was firm (good). Good water pressure in shower.
Negatives:
Bring earplugs. Zero noise isolation between rooms, hallway, balcony, elevator. We were 3 rooms down from the elevator, and I could hear it all night. Hear all footsteps everywhere. Hear neighbors dresser open and close. Hear other romantic relations.

T shower did not drain I slipped I slipped and fell and hit my head REALLY HARD. I can't open my mouth to eat. They have nothing like a bath mat to keep you safe
Negatives:
Gross and bad experience. The room was so gross, black hair in the sinks and on the floor, bathtub, dirty towels, dirty bedding, ended up sleeping in my car for a couple hours cause I didnt dare get in the covers. Gross garbage bags in the hallway.

The lady that was there when we checked in was great. Very friendly and explained things just right.
Negatives:
The gentleman that was there when we checked at. He was in the back for at least 8 minutes while I waited. He didn't ask how or stay was. He told me to put the keys in the basket that's it. I wanted a receipt for my stay but he didn't check us out

Nothing. I wanted to change hotels but my stay was not refundable.
Negatives:
It was outdated and very worn. Hotel overall was dirty. I was disappointed that the breakfast was not included in my stay. Other Red Lions have offered that. The door to my room was difficult to open apparently from warping according to the front desk
Positives:
The staff was nice and they did move our rooms pretty fast when the 1st one was too smoky for us even though it was a non-smoking room.
Negatives:
This hotel should no longer be listed as a 3.5 hotel or even a 3 star hotel. It is like a Motel 6. The chairs in the room were super dirty, there wasnt any heat, just COLD air, no adjustable thermostat. Took 3 hrs for maint to come and try to get us heat
