The room was nicely remodeled, had an amazing Jacuzzi bathtub. The staff was great and when I had a concern about the smell of my first room, they moved me to another room immediately to accommodate me. Love the 24-hour coffee option downstairs

The room was not very clean. The bed was so hard. First time I've ever stayed in a hotel and left in so much pain. The key card only worked sometimes. Will never go back.

This hotel is in a nice area. The breakfast was good and the staff were friendly and healthy .The first room I was given smelled very moldy, the hotel moved me to another room and the issue was resolved.

The hot tub was broken. It was almost as cold as the pool.

They cancelled breakfast (which is a big part of why I chose this hotel) and provided packaged muffins and a cup of juice. The hallway carpets were filthy and worn especially at the entrances of the doors.

The location was great as it was near the on/off ramps to the freeway but not too close to be bothered by the freeway noise. The family suite was so roomy with three separate rooms, two bedrooms and the front room with pullout beds.

Got up in the morning, ready to enjoy the included breakfast, only to discover that the breakfast bar was closed due to a medical emergency.

Sheets were a bit scratchy. They could have been softer. Not that big of.a deal though.
