My only complaint was that my room was not ready at check in time. I had to leave and come back an hour later to allow to for the room to be cleaned.

Some of the Front Desk workers were warm and cordial. The others were cold.
Negatives:
Our first night we experienced cold room. The heating system in the room was not working properly. On the second day complaint was made and we were moved to another room. The first room should have been ready before we arrived.
