There was a drug syringe in the room when we arrived and at 10am after we just woke up 2 men walked into our room and said a smoke alarm was going off(which it wasnt)and that they smelled smoke..We cracked the room door a lil bit bc the air was really dry

Upon checkout, instead of the front desk asking if the safe in the room was used, they will charge you w/o asking you.They say it's the guest responsibility when checking out to inform them if the safe was used. There is forced room service on Wednesdays

Housekeeping ignores do not disturb sign when put on outside of door.They claim that it's mandatory for them to do a full service cleaning of rooms on Wednesday. Also instead of asking did I use the safe they automatically charge if you don't say anything

Yes they didn't have any refrigerators or microwave in the rooms were kind of small but other than that but comfortability was great

Dogs barking at all hours The microwaves in some rooms don't have the right equipment that goes with the unit( the glass base is not the correct one for the unit so it can't turn the food

Needed to check out at 5:00 am I stood there for 15 min ringing doorbell to office your person was completely asleep, and acted offended i woke her up if you are at work at the very least stay awake

Ask for early check was confirmed by booking but when I got there I was denied tell me I pay an additional $25 then on top of it the clerk had a bad attitude and then come to find out I had a room for $67 for one night ended up being charged double for the room I was charged $129 and some change needless to say I will never stay there again I was lied to and I was cheated I don't do business this way and I will never use book again for a reservation totally just satisfied all the way around turned out to be a horrible experience thanks for that
