It was located in a great area

The room was open not cleaned and the bathroom flooded on night 2 they are over booked and had no other rooms for me to stay in so we had to suffer through water all over the floor coming from the upstairs bathroom all night!! No discounts were given and there was no sense of urgency to get it fixed. The tub was broken again no room to move me and my kids. Paying outrageous amounts of money to be flooded out is ridiculous!!! The staff is confused and just trying to figure out what to do most times.

Property was not the easiest to find. It’s used as a shelter to house individuals and families that need help.

Upon entering our room the smell about knocked us down. It smelled like a dirty diapers. Room was in total disarray and not cleaned. Dirty towels on the floors and unmade bed.

The over bearing smell of cigarettes. The stains all over the bed and linens. The mold in the bathroom. The rust, mildew and calcium buildup in the bathtub and shower liner. The cigarette burns all around the bathroom sink. There was not a single trashcan in the room. The dirty refrigerator. The leaking kitchen faucet. The nonchalant receptionist.

The fact that my room hadn’t been cleaned. Bedding unmade and the bathroom was dirty with towels on the floor tub hadn’t even been cleaned and the kitchen counter had food crumbs all over it. Waste baskets have not been emptied smelled bad it was unfit.

Air was on 60° room still warm. Had to sleep with the window open, which had no screen-- so hello mosquitos. Room had roaches. Was told pest control would come. Never did. Bathroom no light. Had to use phones first night. Second night brought a lamp. The room was poorly cleaned. U can tell someone stayed in there for a little bit because crumbs and dirt under recliner. Under couch cushions, and in the crevices of the chairs. This was the 2nd room we were in. And had to keep fixing the bed frame.

The sink drain smelled as if an animal died in it. Housekeeping know about it because the window was wide open in the room to air it out. Also their breakfast consist of coffee and nutrigrain bar.

Good location. Lots of things to do around you.
Negatives:
Carpets are very stained. The bathroom door would not shut, one of the hinges was not connected. The toilet lid needs to be tightened or replaced. The floor slopped down where the refrigerator is in the kitchenette. The tv wasn’t working well. There is no pool.

The location was convenient, plenty of restaurant and store options nearby.
Negatives:
The facility was dirty. I saw a roach in my room. The room had been cleaned but not well. It was very drab and worn and stained. I'd say you get what you pay for, but I think I overpaid. Once you got to the facilities, you had to give $100 cash deposit (refunded on checkout) which was not stated anywhere beforehand. I did book through a third party booking site and I guess that's why I didn't know. The sheets were rough and scratchy on my skin.

Poor hotel, dirty, drab, lackluster...
Positives:
It was clean but being "pet friendly" I did not know I would be charged an extra $25 a day to have my dog with me and that was disappointing because my dog is maybe two pounds and caused no damage at all. Besides that it was all good.
