The pool was wonderful!! A little slippery when you got out so you had to be careful. Breakfast was nice.
The room was nice. The bathroom was huge. I felt safe and slept well at night.

It was clean, the rooms were nice enough.

I requested a room change after 2 because the air conditioner wasn’t working and I woke up each morning sweating despite setting it to the lowest possible temp. When I asked, the receptionist dismissively gave me 2 different stories. First she was “too busy” and then “we don’t do room changes until after check out”. Which one is it? Just wanted to sleep without waking up miserable, found it unprofessional and rude. There are nicer & professional ways to say you can’t make something happen.

The receptionist on check out demanding I pay by card and giving me attitude about it even after I explained I was told I could pay by cash. It was not until I just stopped pressing the issue did she then begin my checkout to find out I had not been lying the whole time. Then she never apologized. Very rude.

Location was good. Staff kept things pretty clean. Staff was generally friendly.

Everything was very cheap. Bath towels felt like sandpaper. Tissues & toilet paper were one ply you could see through. Breakfast was awful unless you like biscuits & gravy. We will not be staying here again.

Good, easy in and out...
Positives:
Breakfast was ok. I appreciated it being there. Being diabetic and lactose intolerant it presented challenges. The eggs were cold. Possibly a malfunction of the equipment. No staff could be located. Are items rotated each day?
Negatives:
Sheets smelled extremely strongly of bleach. Caused breathing difficulties. Pillows were very uncomfortable. Room was very noisy, mostly from external noise, but also from internal noise. When we checked out, person who checked us out must’ve been having a bad day because she was extremely unfriendly. We will possibly stay again because of the location. The person who checked us in was very friendly and helpful. She also helped locate my Best Western Plus Rewards account number.
