Positives:
The room size was good for 4 people. Enjoyed the Courtyard. We were there before noon and they were able to give us a room.
Negatives:
The room had a "kitchen", but no coffee maker, cups, cooking or eating utensils. We requested a coffee maker, but were told they didn't have one. Were able to obtain an used skillet though.
The door to the bathroom was supposed to slide closed, but it came off it's track. It needs repaired/replaced.
We had a cockroach running across the floor.
The "breakfast" was only packets of oatmeal and a banana.

I didn’t like the fact that it was a lot of drug using people who stay here. I didn’t like the appearance of the front desk staff. Rooms needed to be deeply cleaned. The Gm had a nasty attitude and was not friendly

Positives:
It was a simple and little apartment that had everything. There was space to sleep and leave the suitcases without feeling trapped. We were 5 and there was enough space for everyone (even one more person could have been with us). We didn't use it, but the kitchen seemed nice too.
It was very close to the city, Indianapolis, which makes it the perfect place to stay at for a couple of nights. If it wasn't for the breakfast, it would have been a perfect place.
Negatives:
Breakfast, because it was very poor. They only offered muffins and cereal bars to eat and coffee to drink. There was no fruit, bread, cereals, milk or yogurt. We weren't asking for a great buffet, but we thought that they could have had something better.
