Positives: Nothing!!!

Negatives: Everything!!! Got there and the front desk clerk was unprofessional and gave me a hard time with my reservations!! Didnt have the reservation in order! The room smell like dirty laundry. Nothing worked the fireplace, the fire pit, some of the key pads didnt work. The work said she couldnt give me clean linings for the bed cause she didnt have access to it. I asked for the manager she stated she would leave a message for them to talk to me in the morning and didnt do that. I ask the day shift clerk for the manager and still didnt get the manager. The guest up over me had 4 teenagers and it sounded like they where going to come through the ceiling on me! I called the front seat and ask if they would tell them to keep it down a bit and nothing happened. This place is very disappointing!!

Positives: We love the suites!

Negatives: The pool said it was heated but it was ice cold. The elevator also locked up on us and the call button inside didnt work. We had to call the front desk to get help. Thankfully they were fast acting.
