Positives:
Was convenient to the venue we were attending. Great to have elevator access for the handicapped guests.
Negatives:
Seemed not to be able to get the room warm enough for my 93 year old father. We found an extra blanket. It would have been nice to have sliced bread available for toast for those unable to chew a bagel.

The location was great. Heart of downtown! Nice hotel. Worth coming back!

Loved the location downtown - walking distance to several breweries. Clean and safe are my priorities and this definitely satisfies both of those criteria.
Negatives:
Super pricey for a single night - Ive paid less in Manhattan for a hotel. Breakfast was just ok. And prepare for trains to wake you up. They do provide ear plugs - use them!

Cool downtown hotel - but pricey.
Positives:
Great breakfast! Loved being in the historic part of town. Within walking distance of five flags, where we were going.
Negatives:
Along the walk to five flags and back there were many bars and some people hanging around outside them. I felt a little uneasy and watchful, but it was uneventful and interesting. I would not do that alone.

Great way to see part of Iowa and take a trip down the Mississippi.
Positives:
Great amenities - pool, breakfast, fitness room, etc. Fantastic location - very walkable and near food, breweries, and stores. Spacious suites, great bathroom and closet inside bathroom for event day clothes.

It was design smart

The bed was very uncomfortable.
The carpet held a lot of allergens and cause my family and I strong allergies.
It was decently cleaned but I still found many details that should have been addressed.
One of the pillows was dirty and had some mold stains on it .
Due to our dietary restrictions I had to make breakfast for us, the cooking pan was dirty with burned grease and food, I had to improvise to clean it up.
The coffee maker was dirty and the k-cup tray components hadnt been cleaned, I had to wash that also. The furniture and tvs were dusty and I had to clean most things up to reduce the allergy flare ups.
