It was very clean. I thought the mattress was a little hard but I have bad hips. Breakfast warm and tasty, and the coffee was good. Quiet, but we were one of , I think 3 people staying.

Room we got was really big n roomy. Just the right size.
Negatives:
When we got to our room you could smell someone had been smoking weed and it reaked real bad but after awhile the smell was gone. Having my 2 small grandkids wasn't something they needed to smell.
