Everything. It smelled like smoke. Didnt smell like any cleaning supplies or disinfectant. The room was dilapidated. carpet, flooring, lampshades looked soiled, bedsheets had stains on them, toilet was stained, shower was dirty looking. Nasty and gros

The location was the ONLY thing positive about my experience with this hotel.

This was a suite with a small kitchenette area. The refrigerator was dented and had writing all over it. The curtains had huge holes in them that appeared to be burns. The stools had duct tape around every leg. I did not feel safe at all!

They have cockroaches, and I asked to be moved to a different room. I got moved to a different room where there were cockroaches and bedbugs. When I informed the staff of it was very rude to me. I will never ever stay there again BED BUGS

I did not like the that every time we book a room we are always having to be down graded to what we originally selected this has happen multiple times

This hotel was not what I had expected, the pictures on the website did not do any justice. There were bugs, bathtub was not cleaned, chair was ripped. And it looked like bloodstained was on the floor. Was not happy at all.

Staff were friendly and when we went to ask for an extra pillow they brought it to our room for us.

The hotel room was extremely dirty the sink had red stuff in it and it needed scrubbed. The listing listed an exercise room and when I asked where that was located the staff said that must have been a typo because they did not have one.

It look so dirty the microwave was rust and the refrigerator same. I really think you should up date your rooms I will never stay there or recommend it. I was thinking about just walking out. I dont often look for bugs but I did that nite. Worst

It was not clean. We switched rooms when we first got there because of cleanliness and the 2nd room wasnt much better. Musty smelling and unclean tub. I also saw some roaches.

The hotel location was situated in the area we had hoped to be.

It was very dirty and both rooms smelled very bad. It also appeared that the sheets hadn't been changed and that the rooms hadn't been vacuumed. the rooms were not adequately stocked and we had to ask for a roll of toilet paper.

Full time manager was off but a traveling mgr was helpful in cancelling the reservation.

Filthy room, was not properly cleaned. 1 bed had no flat sheet, 2nd bed had dirty sheets and the flat sheet had a huge circular stain.
