The girl that checked me in was absolutely amazing she was patient and made my check in as smooth as possible as well as my check out very great personality which made me feel welcomed!
Negatives:
I didn't like that the bed was extremely hard so it made it uncomfortable for my body type, I also didn't like that housekeeping entered my room while we were out for the day I should have been asked if I wanted housekeeping or not or made aware that I need to let them know not to enter my room! That made me very uncomfortable and uneasy being that I have drinks in the room medication and money in the room. I would have preferred no one enter my room until we checked out. I also didn't like that my key did not work three times which was very inconvenient I also appreciated the girl that brought me the key up to the door the one time that the keys didn't work.

Nice property that is in a quiet location. Hotel is well maintained and the staff is friendly and helpful. Some properties assign less attractive rooms to those of us who book through third parties. This is not one of them. Always given great rooms.

New parking fee. Have stayed here many times and they just started charging a nominal fee. Feels a little insulting.

The staff was extraordinarily friendly, and I appreciated that. I did notice them walking by trash rather than picking it up, or I'd have given them 10 rather than 9.

1: Parking charge is ridiculous. You aren't downtown area with parking scarcity. I was too tired to traipse back across the lot to put your silly green pass on my dash. 2: Room smelled horribly sour. Looked clean but stunk awfully. AC off, didn't help.
