I'm sorry, but I have to leave the worst review. It's been a month, and there's simply no other way to reach someone who can solve it once you have a problem in this hotel. I've seen similar situations in other reviews. The experience in the hotel sucks. Although the front desk was fine, they instructed me to email the manager for a refund. I don't know what's going on with the manager, as he is never available to take calls or respond to emails. This made requesting a refund incredibly cumbersome—I was going back and forth between booking.com and the front desk, essentially ruining my trip. After several days, all I received was an email from the manager denying the refund, and then he became impossible to reach forever!!!
