The room smelled like cigarette smoke from the minute we opened the door. I use a CPAP machine to sleep and my hose smelled like smoke after I got home. There was no plug for the tub to bathe, it was missing. The window glass was cracked. The toilet seat was broken and slid to the left. We were there March 1st to March 3rd and we went down for breakfast at 8:00am both mornings and there was no food. One morning there was one sausage patty with no coffee the next there was 2 biscuits. Sure there was cereal but that was all for breakfast. We waited in the lobby for help and no one came.

Room was bright and clean. Bed very comfortable. Sweet, vertically challenged lady at the front desk was great! Wonderful ambassador for the place. The one in the morning, not so much. Easy in and out of the parking lot and plenty of room.

Not really, just mentioning the front desk person in the morning does not seem to enjoy people or her work.

Location was decent given that there were very few options in the area.
Negatives:
First room was not serviced, and there were several cigarette holes in the carpet, curtains, and bedding. Second room was slightly cleaner, but with a june bug or several living in the room and a bathroom door that was delaminating. Building was overall pretty humid and musty. Seems that the staff was doing the best with minimal corporate support.

They probably need to rotate their stock on the wrapped items. I got a blueberry muffin that tasted like it had been stored next to paint thinner or something. I spit it out the taste was so strong!
