We enjoyed our stay very much. The bed was so comfortable! The shower was great, with exceptional water pressure and hot water! When we stay again in the future, we will ask for a room NOT next to the side door entrance/exit. The shutting of the door all night long did disturb our sleep but that can be avoided next time by requesting a room away from the heavily trafficked exit. Besides this one unforseen thing, our stay was excellent! We look forward to staying again!

The beds and pillows were comfortable. The breakfast was great. Parking was good.

The morning person at the front desk was very rude. Ignored us at first when we were trying to tell him about us not having any toilet paper in the room when we first got there and that no one emptied the trash cans, which were overflowing in the room. Bathroom one was cleared. And there was a dirty towel on the bathroom counter as well which I didn't mention because of him being rough. He asked us also if there wasn't any on top of the towels (like i just wasn't paying attention). Didn't even apologize, just proceeded to I assume type it into the computer. The only thing that saved the situation was the guy behind the counter had changed when we came back downstairs to turn the key in and he was absolutely amazing. Laughed and joked with us. Complemented my anime shirt. Him and my husband talked about the animes they liked in common. Also the lady that was there when we first checked in was wonderful as well. Very sweet and helpful.
