no pool. tight parking. impossible to pull out of parking garage. Hotel TV turns off mysteriously at 6am on the morning of checkout even though checkout time isn't until noon.

No complimentary water in the room. No towel delivery,had to walk to front to lobby,hair all over the bathroom. The hotel put a $100 hold on my cc for incidentals. The hold is still on my cc and I checked out 3 days ago.

It was a good stay.
Positives:
Ample parking, close to lots of restaurants, pleasant/helpful staff and decent pricing were what I would consider benefits. I also liked that we were situated on the first floor, close to the elevator, which was convenient for one of my guests who had a wheelchair.
Negatives:
At check-in, I found out that my original reservation had been canceled without notice. Thankfully, the same room was available for around the same price. We stayed four nights, and room service was only offered once, even though we were told we would get service every other day. We found dog food or feces on the floor in the living room area after checking in (floors had to be cleaned/vacuumed again). When we requested a second day of room service, I was told by the front desk staff that I needed to vacuum my own room. A vacuum cleaner was left outside my door, and I was told to return it to the front desk when done with it. The "hot" breakfast portion of the complimentary breakfast was less than edible at times, including overcooked scrambled and boiled eggs. Also, the pancake/waffle batter was tart and tasted as if it needed to be changed.
