It was quiet until the night before I left, then by chance a junior cheerleader competition turned up and it became the opposite!
Good location for me to attend a seminar over two days 15 minutes walking from hotel. 15 mins walking to 7 eleven or Dunkin’ Donuts. This meant I did not need a car. Room was spacious. All functioned as intended. Staff helped me out with a couple of odd ball things as I couldn’t get my phone to operate correctly. No noise from road traffic and just tangible sound from airport.
I had a third floor room which I found the stairs way quicker than the elevator, but there is good access if you need it. I noted the dog friendly hotel but did not notice any adverse smell to the property.

Could you make the deer come a little closer as I could not see them clearly! :-) nothing to report.

We did not feel safe. The main doors to building A does not lock so anyone can come in there off the streets. Some of the guest look very sketchy. The halls smells like cigarettes and marijuana. There was no hot water only lukewarm. We complained and the maintenance man did his best to fix it. He said since it was a handicap accessible room the water temperature could not be turned to hot

Positives:
The hotel was nice and the staff was very friendly and accommodating. Check-in was simple and easy. This is a great example of a nice clean mid-star hotel It is nothing fancy but it's more than enough for the average traveler or the person looking for a place near the airport. They offer a great breakfast included in your stay and affordable laundry service as well. the TVs are online so can stream from a Netflix account or enjoy YouTube which is nice. I also love the fact that the room has a kitchen in it so we were able to cook and enjoy hot meals without ordering in or going out.
Negatives:
1. the room has no ceiling lights only lamps which can be a bit dark at night.
2. the tub was a bit stained and old.
3. The walls are a bit thin so you can hear anything louder than normal talking.
4. The location is rather industrial so there is really nothing to outside with out traveling 10 or 15 minutes away.
