Trash pilling up outside of rooms and at the elevator. Clean towels delivered with make up on them.

The A/C in my room stopped working. I called the front desk, and they told me there’s nothing they can do. They were not helpful at all.
I said I paid for a room with A/C, and I should get a refund.
I have to wake up early to catch a flight at Logan Airport. And now we’re not going to get a rest or a good sleep.
I need my money back. I did not payed for a room with no A/C.
If not, I’ll will never use Booking again. This has never happened with Expedia.

Positives:
Despite being close to the airport, the hotel is located near a marshland. My room looked onto this reserve and was a calming and attractive view. The room itself was newly renovated, extremely clean and very comfortable.
Negatives:
There was a 30 minute wait for a taxi, which is not the hotel’s fault. But if you need to get to the airport, book a taxi or ride share the day before!
