Affordable cost with availability to have some meals in the room. Facilities for exercise.
Negatives:
I would expect that an extended stay hotel with full refrigerator, stove, microwave, and dishwasher would have some pots and pans, dishes and at least some starter supplies like dish suds so that you could use the appliances without bringing or purchasing your own articles.

The place was absolutely disgusting, we didn't end up sleeping here!

The place was uncomfortabley awkward the staff acting pretty clueless not helpful any questions you asked she didn't have an answer. She smelled unfortunately the rooms had paint on the floor sticky and crumb drawers a broken wall outlet.

There was no breakfast like the website said. There was no trash cans in the room and I think we were supposed to take the trash out when we left. The thermostat on the heat was totally off. It was so hot in the room we were uncomfortable for the first half of the night. I paid for Queen beds and we had full size instead. Couldn't take a shower because there was no way to switch it.

Well the ice maker in the refrigerator I only had a half a roll of toilet paper and body wash bottles were so empty there you couldn't get anything out of it so overall I was not very pleased with the room but I paid for
