Positives:
Location to U if M outpatient services
Negatives:
Room was clean. Halls and lobby carpets needed to at least be swept. Carpets are old but were dirty. Lobby coffee was not available at times. Didnt refill cups or condiments without asking. Check in staff was helpful.
Positives:
Location and staff
Negatives:
Carpets and paint should be updated
Positives:
Room was nice. Bed was comfortable.
Negatives:
Hotel remodeling the pool , I was directly across from, so I heard jackhammering and circular saws early in AM . A desk clerk offered to move me, but the room would still be facing the const. The hotel not crowded. So why put me 25-30 from that?
Positives:
people are kind and everything was hood as I expected.
Negatives:
Cleaning people are not considering whether 'Do not disturb' card is on or not on the door

Staff rah rooms blah bed was comfy and la te da
Positives:
The room had a stale odor immediately on entering. We used a mini febreeze can to spray the room. We checked in at 12:15 AM after our concert in Detroit we did not want to address the issue but it definitely appeared the room did not have a fresh smell.
Negatives:
The cost of the stay for the night was a poor value smell, size of the room particularly the bathroom. We were charged 660.45 for the room, while I understand it was a UM Football weekend that was an excessive amount considering it was clearly pointed out to me at check in the price also did not include breakfast.

Negatives:
Jackhammer construction, in the pool area was near the room. That was only for one day.. The fridge needs to be defrosted. The freezer was not usable due to ice buildip.
