Towels and garbage were not picked up by housekeeping. We weren’t told at check-in we had to put towels and garbage outside the door by 7am. We had to buy towels and bath cloths during stay.

Staff was very nice, rooms were clean. It was only about 15-20 minutes from Graceland, which was why we chose this property. Decent restaurants near the property, Golden Corral, Memphis BBQ, Texas RoadHouse, Cracker Barrel are across the street
Negatives:
Breakfast was disappointing. They had pancakes (pretty good), eggs (wet), ham slices, yogurt, cereal,
biscuits, bagels, toast, muffins (these were dry)
Indoor pool was very cold! Be prepared :-)

Everything was great, the only thing that they could possibly change is make the beds a little softer. They were just a little bit hard for us.

First of all, I booked a Deluxe room with 2 queen beds, these were actually full size beds. No conditioner available even when asking staff for it. Tub/shower didn’t drain. No body wash, small bar of soap but no soap dish. Beds squeaked with any movement. Television turned on, no channels could be accessed.
