2d floor elevator out
In the morning AC was on but wouldn't come on, got warm Even though we tried lowering temp to 66 with high fan.
Tried turning off and back on, no luck. It did work the evening we got there.

We enjoyed the hot breakfast and the many options. Our shower had plenty of hot water and the bed was good, the room was clean. Jessica at the front desk was very helpful and friendly.
Negatives:
We had a ground floor room so we were happy but the elevator was broken for those on the upper floors. Also the first floor ice maker was broken.

The air unit would not turn down. It was super hot in the cooler weather. It had to be 80 or more in room. We bought a fan at Walmart that night to try and put some coolest in the room. We did tell the person at front desk before we left for the day but when we returned for our second night it was the same. The fan we had helped a little. Other then that is was a good room...but super hot. Next time I would request to be moved.

The coffee pot in my room was broke. Breakfast not served till 7 (I had to be at work by 7), prepaid for room on booking.com, arrived and told payment hadn't gone thru. I had a receipt in my email. Ran my card a second time, it showed approved on their card reader but denied on computer. Then asked for a second card to run third attempt. Manager called, went to voice. Second manager called.
