Jodi at the front desk was a rockstar, very professional, and kind. Booking.com did not send a good voucher at check in and it took her well over 30 minutes to resolve it. Jodi got us checked in and called later to let us know the issue was resolved.
Negatives:
Booking.com caused the check in process to be less than desirable. It took well over 30 minutes to complete the process. They did not send a good voucher which delayed the whole process. After working all day and traveling all evening, this was the LAST thing we needed. As a result, we will not use booking.com again. Please not this comment is only in regard to booking.com and NOT the property.

The staff was extremely friendly! The clerk that checked us in was very welcoming and told us to make sure to get breakfast because it was so good. And breakfast did not disappoint! The food was great, but beyond that the breakfast staff was super helpful and friendly.
