The receptionist was so sweet even though she was working a double shift! Bed so comfy, breakfast tasty and the hotel was very clean.

The room was clean and comfortable.
Negatives:
I asked for a first floor room if no elevator, and received an email stating that would be honored. On check in I was told room would be on second floor and no elevator. I was also told side entrances might not work with room key. The breakfast would not have passed health inspection as the hot items were cold and cold items were warm. Desk person told me at check in I would have to pay extra for first floor room, and didn't accommodate my request until I threatened a bad review.

Easy in and out location. Easy check in. Pleasant staff willing to help.
Negatives:
Two of the entry doors did not respond to the key card and the owner?/Manager didn't seem to care. I had to prop the door open with a potted plant in order to get to my car and re-enter.
