03/22/24 Upon arrival to hotel doors were locked. Located a security guard and was told the hotel closed down in mid Fedurary. Made reservations on January 4, 2024. Was never notified of the closure by the hotel. Don't believe they informed booking.com of this either. Tried calling OYO's phone number. Went through their automated message to speak with an assistant, but no one answered. 03/23/24 Received email from OYO through booking.com to rate my experience. Booking.com was very helpful and guaranteed no charges for booking. Don't waste your time with OYO. Poor customer service and no way to run a business.

Nothing. When we arrived there was a sign on the door saying the hotel was closed for renovations. We never were notified and we had to find another hotel last minute. Then booking.com charged us for "cancelling" we didn't cancel. We showed up and the place was shut down. What a circus.

The only positive aspect is that they allow dogs. The 2 people working at the hotel were nice too.
Negatives:
This "hotel" is literally operated by 2 people: a receptionist and a security guy. We stayed there for 2 nights, and we have not seen any housekeepers. The room was filthy, plastic spoons on the floor next to the bed, the bed sheets had some human DNA, and the carpets were stained badly. This hotel should shut down immediately. On top of that, they charge $50 or something for parking.

The hotel evidently closed on February 15th for renovations, but did not cancel or provide notification of this. We ended up having to spend a lot more money on a hotel for the evening. Very disappointed in OYO.
