Negatives: Needs hyonest advertising. The hotel website, as well as the booking.com site said "free airport transportation." straight up. When I asked to be taken to airport at 5 a.m. they said staff weren't available for the run. HELLO!!! I based, in part, my reservation on the advertised "free airport transportation." If this service only runs from 6 a.m. until 10 p.m. then that needs to be clear in the advertising. Basically for me it was a breach of contract which cost me.

Negatives: Hotel was being renovated which resulted in noise and an overall dirty exterior to the property. I had to request a move due to noise of drills, hammers etc during my stay. Fortunately the staff was able to move me to an acceptable room.

Positives: I love the downtown location of this hotel. We have stayed here many times and had great experiences.
Negatives: The last few times we have stayed, the pool temperature has gotten increasingly colder. This time the hot tub was only 90 degrees. To beat all, we got up in the morning to no hot water. Not a fan of cold showers.
