Positives: Low price.
Negatives: Pool was drained and closed for maintenance which from my experience means closed for good. I wonder how long it's been closed. Orange juice machine was inop all 3 mornings we had breakfast.

Positives: The only thing I could say that might be positive is that the bed was comfortable enough.
Negatives: Where to begin? I stood at the counter, along with two other patrons, for 30 minutes waiting for someone to check us in. We pressed the doorbell at the counter 3 times and another member of staff pressed it also (I’m assuming they were cleaning staff??). Once the staff member got to the counter to check us in, he said the machine to activate the key cards was broken and that he would let us in our room manually. I asked if we would get a key card at all and he said to come back later to get one because he didn’t want to restart the machine and input the information. He also didn’t explain anything about check out, wifi, policies, etc. he seemed annoyed to be there. Once in the room, there was multiple stains/burn marks on the carpet, the ceiling had water damage, the dresser and one of the night stands was missing handles, the couch had a hole cut into it, the bathtub had mold on the grout, the walls were dirty, and the room was missing the smoke detector, and missing toiletries. At about 11:30pm there was an overwhelming smell of weed and it didn’t stop until around 4:00am. Breakfast was wanting, juice machine was out of order, and nothing looked stocked (I went at 8am). I do not like that I wasn’t able to opt out of “express checkout”, where you just put your keys in a box on the counter. I was never given a final receipt or any acknowledgment that I checked out on time, and they said they would charge $2 per hour after 11am but how do they know when I placed my keys in the box?? Overall I will never stay here again, it seems poorly managed and poorly maintained.

Positives: The manager was very friendly and helpful. He set out a great breakfast and had plenty of coffee. He had to come to the room and fix our bathroom door and ended up putting in a brand new doorknob . He was very fast and efficient.

Positives: I liked the price and it was comfortable. I also like that they offer breakfast and were calm.
Negatives: I didn’t like how my room was very dirty, the people up above me were so loud makin lots of noise. And I felt like someone was playing on my door snatching my door handle. The water pressure in the shower was so low. The room barely had towels or washcloths. The pool is never open.

Positives: Matching the price for quality, ugh trying to book through any app. Is not sit well with them they want cash deposit and your card debit card and try every time to talk you out of booking through any hotel booking site, than they change up on you, I have charges on my account now over the amount and three transactions in the same day!!!
Negatives: Last summer my stay was great, but I felt weaseled and not going back ever, over $915.60 of charges in question for my, Stay plys I cleaned and scrub and vacuumed and had to fetch my own linens this ho around, painful painstaking I didn't think this time staying was going to be this terrible! When they try to weasel they give you a better room from the app. You book from but try to insit upon that you book with them at the desk?! Like hello where is the perk and points, no they got me big time this last go,won't be back never did get my comforter for the stay one night used my own blanket, waited a whole day for four pillow cases!! My money was not good here huh?!!
