staff never said hello/goodbye or any acknowledgement of your existence. Even when checking in, it was not a friendly interaction. They were robots doing the bare minimum. Sheets were not changed and there was fresh blood on them from another person

Coffee station always available, clean, the staff the breakfast. One staff member at the counter helped me with a nail clipper I desperately needed!

Parking lot access, very hard to find in the dark in traffic around 5:00. Had to park nearby and walk to the hotel, then move my car.

We LOVED the salt water swimming pool and hot tub. The room was spacious and comfortable, and the location was very convenient and reasonably quiet. The staff all around were very welcoming and helpful.

My room was clean, however the bathroom did have a bit of mold in the shower. Also, not a fan of the shampoo, conditioner, refill system. Both seemed more like water then actual
