Excellent location and loved the rooms with the kitchenette. It's not fancy but for a family who was self sufficient and needed a basic room it was perfect. Pool and playground was a great addition.

Shower was missing a liner and the shower head could use an upgrade.

Had one snafu with my first room and the night concierge, but the hotel moved me to a new room and amended the situation. I was satisfied with their handling of the issue and would definitely stay in this hotel again.

The gentleman at the front desk was extremely courteous and polite. His demeanor and personality were refreshing.
Negatives:
The room was extremely dirty. the carpets looked as though they had not been thoroughly cleaned. The bathroom was very dirty. There were women's hairs stuck to the walls in multiple spots in the bathroom including in the shower, bathroom vent didn't work
