Negatives:
We are given room key to an occupied room. Someone is already taking a shower inside the given room. The staff was sorry for the inconvenience and gave us a different room. We settled to the 2nd room and to our surprise someone is trying to open our door and get in to our room. My sister was to scared to sleep so I used the chair inside the room and placed it slanted to the door so nobody can get in specially when were both asleep. Pretty crazy.

There was a girl screaming on the top of her lungs banging on other people’s doors and walls in the hallway at 4am. My daughter was scared to even leave the room because the way this girl carried herself…. I don’t know if I wanna come back here it was rude that this guest caused all this drama 10/30/2023 morning.
