No real person to check you in, beds were uncomfortable, pillows were small and uncomfortable. Window in the room was broken so it had a draft and you could hear everything going on outside. Curtains were ripped. There were not enough outlets easily accessible.

Was wierd having no person, just a screen at check-in, and couldn't understand man on the other side of the screen. When we opened our hotel room, it smelled like pet urine and we had no pets. the curtains are torn, We felt very unsafe! Sketchy!
