Positives:
Location and easy to find. Our checkin person was dressed professionally and was friendly and ease of check in. Checkout was easy . Did have to wipe some spots in bathroom and we always bring our own disenfectant. Loved the shower and showerhead- clean

We missed having yogurt but fortunately had made a trip to Walmart and bought our own. Coffee was okay

The staff was extremely dissatisfiing! They over charged me. .when they saw me, one 1st lady walked away and talked to a housekeeper across the room . I proceeded to the ropes and waited, I was the only person there. On the 2nd day, they gave me a hard time, the manager was at the other end stirring , then when I looked his way it slowly walked to his office from being visible.

BED BUGS! Unimpressive from the start. Parking lot was littered with trash. Outdoor trash cans were overflowing. Front door handle had to be manipulated in such a way as to secure the door shut. Upon entry, there was an overpowering smell of disinfectant as if trying to cover something up. Poor lighting, at least two of the lamps/lights were non-functional. Alarm clock did not work. No lotion available. Advertised 24 hour fitness door locked, no access. And the very worst imaginable, I woke up to a BED BUG crawling across my pillow. I instinctively smashed it and it was full of blood. I had been bitten. I called the front desk clerk and he was most unapologetic. I handed him the evidence/pillow at check-out and he was down right rude. Imagine my all day drive after that. Feeling like something crawling on me all day long. Who do I report this to?
