Looks of the outside are deceiving! It’s nice and remodeled outside but once you walk through those doors The entire inside is so run down. It smells of skunk/marijuana. Our room was tiny. No sitting area or table just a bed and a plastic red rolling chair. The bed was not comfy, the pillows were flat as can be and the carpet was all worn and torn. The bathroom was a joke! The sink was cracked to the point I was afraid to touch it or it’d break in half, everything was rusted. I got stuck in the bathroom, the door wouldn’t open my boyfriend had to bust through it. It’s not near anything! There’s a Ruby Tuesday across the street but other than that the area looks like an old run down industrial area. It was just all around…..just….bad. Wouldn’t recommend!

Staff found a third room that meet minimum standards as “acceptable”.
First room was issued as no smoking but it smelled of heavy smoke. Second room had broken sink/countertop.
Negatives:
Lack of maintenance and upgrades. Rooms damaged by smoker’s use and lacked coffee, etc. 24/7 in lobby and neither remove worked with TV.

The only thing I liked was the plunger that was supplied when needed. There was no f...ing breakfast! The TV needed 25 minutes of attention after checking in from the worthless manager on duty.

Pretty much everything expected when renting a room. Only 2 pillows. A chair that was ready to fall apart at any minute. Drawers that didn't work. No refrigerator...no microwave
