Breakfast could have been better. Fruit has seen better days. But it was free so can't complain. However our stay was very nice overall. Clean and comfortable room. We would stay there again.

The breakfast was a nice perk. Bagels were fresh, loved the make your own Belgian waffle station, and good selection of yogurt, baked goods.
The short proximity to the craftsman restaurant was great as well. Very good food!
The staff was friendly and very speedy any time we had a question or needed assistance
Negatives:
We ended up having to switch to 3 rooms
Room 1 had beds unmade as I guess housekeeping hadn’t cleaned the room even though it was 4-5pm we checked in.
Room 2 had a dead bug on the bed. After inspection it was determined it was a flying bug that had gotten in and probably just died.
Room 3 was fine.

Outlets in room didn't work. Not a real fridge but a wine fridge. Went to my car at 1am,thought I'd like some hot chocolate. The employee sitting in a big chair in front off fireplace told me the hot water is gone and she doesn't fill it til 3am. She was doing nothing.. Tv was awful in regards to finding channels.
