I like this place because it was close to the sporting venues so me and my best friend Joe could pretend we were on a getaway to see a hockey game, love the big shower so we can get really crazy. Gay for the stay!

The employee who checked me in and out was extremely kind. I wish I had asked her name. Loved the extras....dinner social, the wheel of prizes and the sheep hunt. Employee arranged a late check out for me which was extremely helpful and much appreciated!

The staff is very professional, friendly and efficient at their jobs. I had to extend my stay a couple times and they were very accommodating, always helpful and attentive every time I had a request or inquiry. There was a clogged sink and they sent someone to fix immediately. This was my third time staying at this hotel. The layout of the rooms is wonderful. Has lots of handy storage space and just what you need in a full kitchen in a smaller space. Definitely feels like home away from home!
Negatives:
The only complaint I have about cleanliness is some dust on rarely used surfaces like top of fridge and far corners. The sofa was a bit stiff and bed was creaky but sheets fresh. Overall very clean and comfortable.

Negatives:
Got there at check-in and room wasn't ready. Waited for half hour and had to leave with all our baggage for an appointment. When we got back and in our room, the remote didn't work. Went down to the desk 3 times and all they did was give us new batteries. On the 4th trip down they gave us a completely different remote which worked. No apologies from staff.

Clean, very understanding people, didn’t have to wait long to check in and out, and again… clean! The rooms are really nice. I’ve always loved staying here

Honestly, no negative comments ! Maybe other then getting their own pool that’s not tied to the old hotel? That aside, no complaints!

Room was not like the online picture. No icemaker in fridge and no ice machine. Had to take a bowl to front desk for ice; which was crushed ice. Internet instructions did not work. Had to call, only for them to tell me not to follow instructions and gave me alternate instructions. Soap dispenser in shower was empty. Not enough kitchenware, no dishtowels/clothes. Old phone on desk that didn't work, just sitting there. Small TV. Tried checking out online and it said I already checked out, but I wasn't. Magnet indicating do not disturb however did not stick to door.
