Didn’t know i had to request for housekeeping to come freshen up my room and give me extra towels and rags. No one took the trash out and even when i put the request in after front desk told me i had to put one in when i was leaving out for brunch. They said they take care of it. I came back and the room wasn’t cleaned nor did i have any fresh towels and rags. Also still waiting on my deposit which showing payment is still pending in my bank account. Other than that the stay was good.

The location of this property was fantastic for access to the Spectrum Center. And the staff was excellent.. They also have a wonderful rooftop bar with an incredible view of the city
Negatives:
The one thing that I did not enjoy about this hotel was the water pressure. When I have trouble getting soap and conditioner out of my hair because the water pressure is so low, that one fault trumps most all positive ones.
