The person at the front desk named Dave was excellent and very accommodating! He made the stay all the better with his kindness.
Negatives:
When Dave called a woman in house keeping to verify if room 219 was cleaned and ready she began yelling at Dave over the radio with us at the front counter which we could hear very clearly which was unprofessional on her part.
Dave kept his composure and remained pleasant through out the time he interacted with housekeeping.

Awesome staff. Anytime we needed anything we received it right away. Everything in the room worked well. Room was clean. Breakfast was good. The kids loved the waffle maker and muffins.

Positives:
The staff was nice and the breakfast was pretty good. They started packing it up a little early every morning so don’t wait until 5 till to get seconds. The room was okay but dated. I think that their system wasn’t updated to the time change because we were locked out of our room while packing the car on the last day. There were some homeless folks hanging out near the entrance closest to door we came and went through and that was a little creepy. Otherwise, it was nice enough while visiting family nearby.

Traveling after working 12 hours driving another 5.5hours, the facility was able to accommodate an early check in for my sister. The staff was great and when the room was ready the staff let her know.

The room was on the side of the highway and it was a bit noisy. However was still a great stay.
