Hotel is in process of renovating so there are only a handful of rooms
Negatives:
I stayed 2 nights Saturday and Sunday. Had to ask for towels each day; found out that there wasnt hot water on Saturday night. I understand that they are in construction and it was weekend so I didnt complain but I did notice the front desk when I checked out on Monday morning

The room and the bathroom are small. The building is under construction. There was electric problem in the room, but the stuff change another room for us, However, the vanity is so small, 1.5 feet long, and 1.3 feet wide. No closet, no hungers.

The beds were amazingly comfortable, I slept so well. The staff was so polite and kind and so very helpful. Definitely will stay again.

My neighbors were a little loud at 430 am but it didnt last long and I'm sure had I contacted the front they would have taken care of it. My door was also a bit of a pain to open but the rooms had recently been painted so completely understandable.

The room was nice but I had to be moved to another room because the ac did not work. You had to run the hot water for 10 minutes before it heated to lukewarm. My key did not work one night because the door lock was loose.
Negatives:
All of the problems just mentioned. The room was clean and nice but the renovation work was distracting. There were no amenities. It definitely was not worth the price I paid.

Our room was remodeled and nice. Bed was comfortable. Lady at front desk checkin was helpful.
Negatives:
Warm water at best for both for my wife's shower in the evening, and mine at 7am. Real spartan continental breakfast - think 7-11. No cream for coffee. Poor value for amount charged. Appeared that some areas were remodeled, but others were not. Poor side door security at night.
