Everything was pretty awesome. My kids loved the breakfast and the room was quiet and comfortable. The staff members were very nice and respectful.

There is a minor issue with the heat but it wasn't too major because the room was at a comfortable temperature.

Booking.com made it easy. However since I booked through booking.com, they were not helpful. They said since I reserved through a third party they could not discount my room or reimburse me. The room was not clean the carpet was not vacuum there was trash and dirt and dog food and a penny on the floor. It was very obvious that they did not run the vacuum cleaner through the room before my arrival.

The floor is not vacuumed. Apparently a dog had stayed there the night before and they failed to vacuum the floor. There was dog food a penny straw wrappings and hair and grass on the carpet. It was apparent they did not clean the room. Staff was not helpful they said since I got it through a third party they could not reimburse me.
