Dusty room and the drain in the tub was plugged until I juggled the drain piece which was disgusting. We have stayed here multiple times and it has definitely gone down hill.

Our room was not as advertised. Booked deluxe king room. Picture shows sofa with ottoman. Our room had small chair only. I have attached photo. That is false advertising. Bed lamp didn’t work, no basket in coffee maker to make coffee. Shimmy under dresser. Didn’t even provide a box of Kleenex. Scuff marks on a lot of room doors. Hotel gives false sense that it is in good condition but once you get past the lobby area you see that the hotel is older and not looked after. Stayed at location in Fargo North Dakota.

I would give a 7 for this hotel. I don't think it is the cleanest place. Elevator always takes too long to get back. Pool wasn't that hot.
