Positives: Location and parking was great , Evening and morning staff were pleasant and helpful.
Negatives: The room was set at 66 and we could not change the temperature. The evening staff tried to help but was unsuccessful. I said I was unhappy so we were given another room, which was not much better. We did get the heat to 69. This is not acceptable. I will not be telling my friends to stay here

Positives: Liked the location, excellent breakfast, friendly staff
Negatives: Hot tub was out of order, toilet in the room kept running water, we fixed it. The bathroom light was burned out, the fridge was not plugged in, we fixed that, and the room temperature was weird at times so cold, and then it would get too warm. The room seemed stuffy like there was no fresh air coming in at all

Positives: The bed was comfortable. It was quiet.
Negatives: For the number of people staying the breakfast area was very congested and no seating available. Standing room only. The hallways had trash in them. The hallway from the front desk past the laundry area to the stairway was usually crowded with boxes. Door to laundry always open. Ice machine not working, no note that there was one on the third floor available. Pool not open, closed by the City of Fargo. Overall a terrible experience, We will never stay here again. Discount requested for no pool available, was met with a no - need to ask Booking.com. Disappointed. Many lights were out in our room, and the thermostat did not appear to work properly. It was 80 in our room, and you could only manually turn on the air or heat. It would not hold the temp we set it at.
